Summary:

At the end of the previous adventure, The Demon's Claw, the end of the adventure was nigh. The ghost of your old enemy, Icon the Ungodly (?), had stolen the sword from you as he was at Death's Door. You now have to go into the realm of Death himself to retrieve the Blood Sword, before the world is doomed with the Magi's arrival.

The journey itself to the Underworld is a treacherous path, as the Magi's servants block your way. Once there, you face yet more dangers from mythology. The Norse influence is even easier to detect in this title. The Underworld is filled with wondrous items!

NB: I will forever rue the day I passed up on the opportunity to buy another copy of Blood Sword for S$2 because I thought my pre-existing copy would suffice. Said copy was and is in very bad condition, with the cover having fallen off (though I still retain it) and pages coming out.
